Does what it says, what else is there to say!I am using it with a Garmin Forerunner 610. It will consistently read .2 pounds higher on the watch than on the scale, but since it's always constant, it is not a big issue.It is sometimes hard to activate, where the little bump with a foot won't be enough. Other times, it will turn on "by itself" when dropping something on the floor close to it.Despite that, I am really happy with the scale.

The scale looks good; and most important it met my needs; I was looking for a scale that could capture my weight directly to my Garmin forerunner 210 watch.

I was in need of a new scale and decided on this one for a couple of reasons. This scale is more accurate than my old scale. It measures to the nearest 2/10 and does it consistently. I also wanted a scale that pairs with my Garmin FR 210 running watch. After I step off the scale I push the button on my watch and the data is transferred to my watch. This occurs a bit slowly, maybe 20 seconds, and for some reason the watch always displays 2/10 of a pound more than the scale displays. However since it is consistent about this, it's no big deal. Why do I even care about doing this? I upload this data to the Garmin Connect website which logs my running mileage, location, splits, heart rate, and now my weight. All this information is useful for staying in shape and staying healthy. I do wish this scale had a backlight so as to see the display more easily in poor light.
