I replaced my old scale with this one because I really like the style !This is a Great Scale - Big Platform - Bright Display Easy to See - Great Style - Seems very accurate. I bought this at Costco & Paid $19.99 which I thought was an outstanding deal for this scale ! I believe this might be the best scale I have ever owned !

Dear Brad (Taylor's Ace Number One Customer Service Representative):My new glass digital scale works perfectly and both my miniature dachshund and I are pleased with its accuracy and beauty--it fits into our decor like a piece of sculpture.Thank you so much for your tact and patience with me. Folks, Ms. Magoo here (Brad, you may be too young to appreciate the reference) could not find the batteries which were included with the scale. I thought I had searched the packing material thoroughly and, having failed to find the batteries, e-mailed Taylor in a huff to send me the batteries, yadda yadda yadda. The first thing this morning Brad sent me a gracious e-mail with an illustration gently suggesting where the batteries might be found tucked away and, lo and behold, there they were.Brad, you were prompt and courteous and I emerged with my dignity intact as the result of a rarity these days: a pleasant and satisfactory customer service experience. I, too, bought this scale at Costco...oddly enough, depending on where I stand on it, I get a 5# difference...exactly 5#. But, I think I'll keep it...it's close to what my old scale reads...on the lighter side. If nothing else, it'll motivate me to lose an extra 5#....
