This is really a quality product. ITs very sturdy and built of almost enitrely of wood. the measurements are quite accurate after various tries. Only point is the weight is in kilo gram whcih i am very much ok. actually there is a button to change to other units but they are of no use. they also send you a follow up email after you purchase the product that these pieces are sort of defective in displaying weight in different units like pounds, kg etc. so they have defaulted it to only kg. I would recommend it to anyone who is ok with kg unit, becasue it is very cheap and does the job perfectly well.

There are plenty of warnings with this scale because it only displays in kilograms, but that works great for me. The readout is large enough to to be legible from six feet up and it is thin enough that we keep it stored upright behind the bathroom door. I prefer the kilogram readout for two reasons: first, it is more accurate than pounds, and second, I'm not so obsessed/depressed to see how much I weigh and can concentrate on how much I have changed. And for anyone who wants to know pound weight, it's a simple matter to multiply by 2.2.
