I ordered this scale online to save some money. When I received it, I opened it and realized it does not take AA or AAA batteries. It takes one of the flat ones that they provide. I put the battery in and it would not stay in place. The battery slid around. I tried to make it stay, but had to hold it in place to make it work. Which we all know if you are holding a battery in place on the bottom of a scale, you can't weigh yourself. Defeats the purpose of owning one.I emailed the seller and it took them a week to get back to me. I then asked to return the item and they informed me that, even though it was defective, I, yes I would have to pay for the return shipping. Which would cost me just as much as I paid for the scale and shipping to get here!!! Then there is something about a 20% fee of some sort. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!I had to file a claim with Amazon just to get my money back! 100% HORRIBLE!But Amazon customer service is, as always, amazing and they took very good care of me!!! As I do 90% of my shopping and business with them! Thank you Amazon!

I ordered this product around 20 days back..in the beginning it was working fine but it broke within 15 days. It was not at all upto the mark and left me really disappointed. Dont buy it if you want a quality product.

It's an inexpensive scale. When I got it, there was a small rattle when I moved it around, like a small piece of plastic was loose in the LCD display area. It didn't seem to affect the function at all and since it sits in the same place without moving the rattle isn't noticeable otherwise. Other than that, it is as advertised.
