I have a very small bathroom. I wanted scales that didn't require much space and that looked good since there's no room to hide them. This scale fits both criteria. The bamboo finish is very nice. Even though I have it almost against a wall, I can use it without moving it. The weight is very easy to read with large numerals that are backlit and flash when the scale settles on a number.

This is junk, and I am sorry I did not heed the warnings from other reviews. Readings are inaccurate, and inconsistent and only after a few weeks use, a cheap plastic part broke off the bottom and now it will not work at all! Of course the return window expired a couple weeks ago, so if I want to return it, I have to pay shipping. Very disappointed.

Loved the bamboo but lasted 2 months. Tried to fix, but the electronic components in this scale look like they are worth about 37 cents.
