Okay, this scale DOES NOT tell you your weight, which I love! You set it, and then weigh yourself, and it tells you how much you have lost from your original set. Great idea if you really can't bear to know how much you weigh.....

After this product received so much TV coverage, I thought it was reliable.The product I received showed wild levels of weight gain even though my doctor's visits showed I was losing weight. Ultimately I got an Error message on the display. I contacted the Quantum Scale company and at least they stood by their product and were very responsive. They sent 2 replacement items. Unfortunately I could not get any of them to work. Only due to their courtesy and professionalism I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.The seller on the other hand refused to address the issue, denied my comments and closed the return case before I could even respond or clarify.So I am stuck with a $60 purchase of a defective scale. Lesson learned.

Great scale, came with a piece broken off---didn't want to send it back to wait longer, so i was able to fix it myself.
